About Us

Our Mission

Valu Home Centers has been proudly serving the do-it-yourselfer since 1968. With 31 stores in Western and Central New York and Northwestern Pennsylvania, Valu provides its customers with the perfect alternative to the large, warehouse home improvement stores.

With customer service our #1 priority, Valu has carved out a niche in the competitive atmosphere of the retail home improvement market. By providing the do-it-yourselfer well-stocked, medium-sized stores, with sharp pricing and great customer service, we feel we can continue to grow and thrive.

At Valu Home Centers, we are also proud of our hands-on involvement in the community. As a successful business in the community, we feel it is our responsibility to give back to the people of the cities and towns where our stores are located.
