Where Great Leaders Come To Grow

We are looking to hire customer service driven individuals with a desire to be leaders of our store teams. Unlike other retail management positions, you will not be stranded in an office, pouring over profit and loss reports, cost-controls, or sales goals. You will be working on the front lines directly interacting with our customers to provide the highest level of service they have come to expect from Valu Home Centers. We also strongly encourage personal and professional development, and will provide you with a training program that will further enhance your leadership skills.
