Nash Road ‘Fall Fest’ in North Tonawanda

The second annual Fall Festival at our store location on Nash Road in North Tonawanda took on a new look this year!

Local businesses set up a Trunk-or-Treat for costumed kids. Participants included our friends at NAPA Auto Parts, Wurlitzer Pizza, North Tonawanda Neighborhood Watch, Rick Dentinger from Hunt Real Estate, Save-A-Lot, AT&T, and a few special guests from Valu. This year’s candy even included some allergy-safe options so all the participants could be included!

Proceeds from the Fall Festival benefitted the North Tonawanda Police Benevolent Association. Between a hot dog roast and a raffle for a brand new fire pit, we raised over $350 together with the North Tonawanda community!

These resources will contribute towards the North Tonwanda ‘Shop With a Cop’ program. The program is designed for students that are part of underprivileged families who are nominated through the school resource officer. Once the kids are selected they get to go on a shopping trip with an officer for Christmas gifts for their families.

The North Tonawanda Police Department also set up a car safety seat check and replaced a few car seats for that were determined to be unsafe.

The Costume contest provided a challenge to the judges, but the top winners included The Hulk as well as a bumble bee!

Congratulations to you both, enjoy your Visa gift card and slime prize pack!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Fall Fest! We look forward to continuing to expand this event in future years to include even more local business’ and provide a fun afternoon out for the community.
