Spray Painting Pumpkins

Photo with all of the different spray painted pumpkins

Spray paint is an easy and fun way to decorate your Halloween pumpkins! From metallic finishes, to glitter, to glow-in-the-dark, the possibilities are almost limitless.

It's pretty simple. Grab some pumpkins and your favorite spray paints and let's get started!

All the materials you need for the different pumpkins

We decided to use the metallic and glitter finishes for the mini pumpkins.

Krylon Glitter Blast worked great on these pumpkins! Krylon also makes a glitter blast sealer - which is great if you're going to display these indoors and don't want glitter everywhere.

Both Krylon and Rust-Oleum make a metallic finish paint. We love how these came out!

You can try making a candy corn-themed pumpkin, too! Just wrap some painters tape around the middle and spray away.

Finally, use contact paper and Krylon Glowz spray paint to make a glow-in-the-dark pumpkin!
